On my desktop computer i can not sign in at all, whether in msn premium or using ie I don't like using outlook (or hotmail for that matter) and want to be able to use the msn premium platform i pay for I do get the initial sign in screen but when i click sign in it just goes blank, never even get to enter password.

I don't see the option for help & settings Just to be clear, i already have two email accounts, but have to log out out of one and log in to the other using the separate email addresses each time I just became aware the hotmail is free and i can keep my hotmail account What to make sure this is correct and if yes, would like to cancel my paying account.
