本通告旨在通知各參加幼稚園教育計劃( 計劃) 的幼稚園、幼稚園暨幼兒中心 及設有幼稚園班級的學校( 以下統稱為「幼稚園」), 有關教育局由 2023/ 24 學年起 發放「幼稚園活動津貼」的詳情。 學生資助處管理兩項為有經濟需要的學前學生而設的資助計劃，包括「幼稚園及幼兒中心學費減免計劃」和「幼稚園學生就學開支津貼」。 年齡介乎2 歲至6 歲以下未開始接受小學教育的殘疾幼兒,若沒有在同一時間內接受其他康復服務,也可接受早期教育及訓練中心的服務, 以協助他們日後融入主流教育。
本處自1978年開始為有特殊需要的兒童提供兼收服務，為全港最早提供「兼收弱智弱能兒童在幼兒園服務」的機構之一。 現時，我們於7所幼兒學校內提供合共72個兼收計劃服務名額。
