Crew gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, by phone or in stores for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. For your convenience, online and phone purchases may be returned to a J.Crew store. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Items delivered by our Marketplace vendors must be returned directly to them by following the instructions enclosed in your package and will not be accepted at 1.Crew stores or the distribution center. All monogrammed, personalized, lingerie, vintage, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
